Build your own Bouwivo.
Start with a ready-made package or pick modules individually. Get a 10% bundle discount from 4 modules and 20% from 7. The base platform with hosting, backups, updates and 3 users is always included.
Step 2 · Implementation hours
We set up Bouwivo for you.
A dedicated consultant loads your price list, profiles, customers and templates and trains your team. We recommend an hours package based on your modules. As a new customer you get 15% off your first package.
Need extra hours later? Ad-hoc consultancy costs €115 per hour excl. VAT. Unused hours remain valid for 12 months.

Company details and payment.
Pay the first instalment and the implementation package securely via Mollie with iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. Your subscription is then collected automatically. You will receive your login details within one working day.

Can I add or cancel modules later?
Yes. You can add or switch off modules each month. The new price applies from the next billing period. With monthly billing you can cancel at the end of the current month.
Does Bouwivo work with my own price list and profiles?
Yes. Your own kit prices, volume tiers, RAL colours, profiles and cutting rules are imported. With an implementation package, your consultant does this for you.
What exactly are implementation hours?
Hours from a dedicated Bouwivo consultant for setup, data import, templates and team training, online or on site. You can always see how many hours you have left. Hours remain valid for 12 months.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Bouwivo runs in the browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. Installers and warehouse staff work on their phones, including barcode scanning with the camera.
Which languages does Bouwivo support?
The website and software are available in Dutch, English, German, Polish, Turkish and Arabic. With the Multilingual module you create quotes in your customer's language.
Where is my data stored?
In data centres within the European Union, with daily backups and encrypted connections. Your data remains yours and can be exported at any time.
Can Bouwivo run on our own server?
No. Bouwivo is only available as Bouwivo Cloud: we take care of the servers in the EU, security, daily backups and updates. You always work with the latest version and have nothing to manage yourself.
How does payment work?
You pay the first instalment and the implementation package via Mollie when ordering. This also authorises the following instalments. You receive an invoice for every payment. For businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid EU VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged after verification.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Within 30 days of starting, you get the first period's subscription fee back in full if Bouwivo doesn't do what we promise. Implementation hours already worked are deducted.
